It has finally reached single digits here in Boston today. So what is better than some cozy socks that are just rocking. I don’t know much about this brand other than they are Japanese and kick ass.
I can’t say I fully trust women to dress themselves for the gym but ever since the Lululemon Groove Pant (hit the link if you are in the dark and have no idea what I am talking about) I do trust them a bit more. Men on the other hand are so reluctant to walk in to Lululemon with their girlfriend and hit up the men’s section. Please do it guys….PLEASE. Below I am even giving you a basic shopping guide. It will get you in, out and on your way.
The best part of some of Lululemon’s menswear is the fact that they make extra room for a little hockey butt. Oh and I had to add a little extra spicy color from the Kahuna Short.
Gosh I dont remember the last time I posted some wardrobe inspiration for men. Happy Tuesday!
Here is a project I worked on a while ago. I did the styling for Makio in his new video ‘Superman’. Enjoy!
I really love a good vintage or even second hand place. Although, I really hate to dig. It sends me into an instant panic to dig though racks and racks and feel like I am finding nothing. Refinery 29 had Where I Was From on their site the other day and I instantly fell in love. I haven’t been to the physical store but the way they have styled and curated their online site is perfection. Sometimes it can be hard to envision how to work certain pieces into your wardrobe and Where I Was From eliminates that problem. And an added bonus they have some great items for your man as well.
I may have snagged the fringe duster which I am over the moon about (image below).
There are so many slippers around these days so I love running into a brand that is not only well crafted but takes full advantage of using a little flare. Enter Del Toro. I love their motivation for creating the brand “We were three close childhood friends, who, for our boarding school graduation, badly wanted pairs of velvet shoes with our school’s emblem on them as a commemorative trimming.” Ha I think that is hysterical. Anyway, they are wonderful and you can buy them here!
I had a request for a few more man items and I stumbled across Barrett Alley. An interesting company that is all about conscious consumerism from the organic materials to the vegetable tanned leathers. Each piece is of unique materials that are in limited supply making their product quite special.
