I can’t say I fully trust women to dress themselves for the gym but ever since the Lululemon Groove Pant (hit the link if you are in the dark and have no idea what I am talking about) I do trust them a bit more. Men on the other hand are so reluctant to walk in to Lululemon with their girlfriend and hit up the men’s section. Please do it guys….PLEASE. Below I am even giving you a basic shopping guide. It will get you in, out and on your way.

The best part of some of Lululemon’s menswear is the fact that they make extra room for a little hockey butt. Oh and I had to add a little extra spicy color from the Kahuna Short.

Now head to the gym and pick up some ladies!

It was crappy yesterday when I was in NYC and it’s crappy today in Boston. I can’t escape it! Therefore I am thinking about Maui and there is this great swimwear brand Tori Praver that is done in Hawaii. I love when people choice a unique shape for swimwear because sometimes the classic cut is just not satisfactory. Shop HERE.
